Narrative Text At 0744 hours on Tuesday August 12, 2008 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0748 hours and cleared at 0802 hours. The incident occurred at
451 COSTCO Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description
of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0803089 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to 451 Costco Dr for a reported gasoline spill. The first due station is
Station 51.
E51 arrived to fmd police on location and equipment used to siphon gasoline from
vehicles with no active leak or visible spill.
E51 investigated to find no active leak, spill or product on ground. E51 had no need for
mitigation of any hazardous materials. E51 questioned police officers about circumstances
of this situation.
The police told E51 that they contacted an individual that was siphoning gasoline out of a
vehicle. This individual struggled with the police while off loading gasoline and begin

gasoline to run out of the fuel container that the individual was using to store the fuel. E51
was told no injuries occurred during this struggle. E51 returned in-service.
