Narrative Text E51 dispatched to a flammable liquid spill on I-405 fwy. Reports of fuel spill that was
causing the road to be slippery.
E51 arrived at the off ramp from I-405 South to West Valley Highway to find a sheen on
the off ramp. The roadway was very slippery and was a potential hazard. State patrol was
on location and had called for a sand truck and stated that they had the situation under
control. They did not need our assistance.
E51 returned in service.
