At 1202 hours on Friday August 22, 2008 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel

responded. We arrived on scene at 1205 hours and cleared at 1207 hours. The incident
occurred at 310 Strander Blvd, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. Other
special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E51 and e52 were dispatched to the smell of a natural gas leak in the area of 310 Strander
Blvd.
E51 investigated the area from Andover Park east the Southcenter Blvd along Strander
Blvd. and found no leak.
E51 had E52 investigate the area north of Southcenter. E52 found no leak.
There was one report and no additional information. After fully investigating then area
E51 and E52 went in service and returned to quarters.
Alarm number 0803226 has been assigned to this incident.
