Narrative Text At 0317 hours on Friday September 26, 2008 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0328 hours and cleared at 0334 hours. The incident
occurred at 10200 I-5 Fwy S, TUKWILA in District O/J. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Clean up of small spill from previous accident. The towing company driver did not have
absorbent material or the required haz-mat permit to clean up the road. See attached. 1p
Alarm number 0803719 has been assigned to this incident.
