Narrative Text At 1529 hours on Wednesday October 22, 2008 we were dispatched to a flammable gas or
liquid condition. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1535 hours and cleared at 1551 hours. The incident occurred at 15016
MACADAM Rd S, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
E52 found that the driver of one of the cars parked in the parking lot had just been filled
with fuel and parked on a hill. The gas was leaking from the cars fill tube into the parking
lot. E52 found the owner and had them turn the car around so it would stop leaking and
advised them to get a new gas cap.
