Narrative Text At 0416 hours on Wednesday November 5, 2008 we were dispatched to a hazardous
condition. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 0422 hours and cleared at 0426 hours. The incident occurred at 3800 Boeing
Access Rd, Tukwila in District 008. The local station is 53. The general description of this
property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
Alarm number 0804235 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 dispatched to assist TPD with a transmission fluid leak from a prior non -injury
accident. E53 on location found a small puddle oftransmission fluid and used amerizorb to
soak up the fluid. E53 returned.
