Three units were assigned to this incident. One person responded. We arrived on scene at 1150 hours and cleared at 1203 hours. The incident occurred at 16415 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Mutual aid was given on this incident. Alarm number 0804875 has been assigned to this incident. B45 asked for assistance from B51 to attempt to locate source of reported odor near I-5 NB near 405. Check business at 16415 SC PKY, which was a possible release site from previous day. Maintenace and PSE had worked on gas meter earlier that day but reported no release and no odor was detected there. Unable to locate odor source.
