Narrative Text At 0945 hours on Monday February 9, 2009 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0950 hours and cleared at 1018 hours. The incident
occurred at 13435 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0900483 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 was dispatched to a report of a leaking fuel pump. Upon arrival we found Pump
#11actively leaking fuel with approximately 1-2 gallons of fuel on the ground. The leak
was very slow and coming from the nozzle of the hose.

E52 used 1 1/2 bags of Amerizorb and absorbent pads to contain the fuel in the fueling
area.
I called for maintenance from the posted emergency number. A representative showed up
within 15 minutes and secured the pump. E52 turned the scene over to the representative
and returned.
