Narrative Text L54 & E47 was dispatched to a natural gas leak outside a building. On arrival the neighbor
from next door said the gas meter valve had broken and gas was leaking.
L54 investigated and found a domestic gas line broken off at ground level. L54 cleared the
immediate area and closed 51 Ave S. E47 laid a 1 3/4" preconnect.
B51 was added to the incident and established command.
L54 used a wood plug and successfully plugged off the gas leak.
PSE arrived on location and released all fire units from the scene.
