One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0727 hours and cleared at 0742 hours. The incident occurred at 5300 Klickitat Dr, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0901661 has been assigned to this incident. E51 dispatched to 5300 Klickitat Dr. for a reported oil spill. E51 was updated by dispatch that Tukwila police Department was on location and the cause of the leak was from a motor vehicle accident. E51 asked if there was any injuries associated to the motor vehicle accident . Dispatch relayed there were not. E51 proceeded to the location code yellow. The first due station is Station 51. E51 arrived to fmd a car into a pole, oil leaking from the vehicle with Tukwila Police on location. E51 investigated and found that the oil pan from the vehicle had been compromised and all its contents had leaked out on to the ground and into a storm drain. E51 found a sheen of oil within the storm drain, approximately less than a quart of oil. E51 also placed one bag of Amerizorb down on the road to absorb the road on that location. E51 made contact with PD. They had notified Tukwila Public Works of the incident involving the sign. The sign was located off the road and presented no hazard. E51 documented information for report. E51 released scene to Tukwila PD. E51 returned in-service E51 upon return to Station 51 completed proper paperwork for use of Amerizorb product and forwarded it on to the secretary.
