Narrative Text At 1052 hours on Tuesday July 7, 2009 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units were
assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1057 hours
and cleared at 1120 hours. The incident occurred at 11626 DES MOINES MEMORIAL
Dr S, Seattle in District O/J. The local station is 54. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was standby. Other special haz mat actions were also taken.
Automatic aid was given on this incident.
Alarm number 0902380 has been assigned to this incident.
E54 sent to a reported Gas Leak inside a daycare facility.
E19 arrived first, E54 arrived second and stood by the hydrant for approximately 1 minute.
All companies except E 19 were released.
E54 returned in service.
