Narrative Text At 1730 hours on Sunday July 12, 2009 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. One
unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1734 hours and cleared at 1743 hours. The incident occurred at 14400 53 Ave S, Tukwila
in District 002. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is
residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received
E52 was dispatched to wires down in the road. L54 had already reported issue to Seattle
city light on a previuos call. Run # 09-2460
