Narrative Text At 1148 hours on Monday July 27, 2009. Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven
personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1150 hours and cleared at 1318 hours. The
incident occurred at STATION 53 ,TUK, TUKWILA in District TF713.Other special haz
mat actions were also taken.
A 4" gas main was struck by a tractor replacing gas line. B51 est 115th command. And
stood by while PSE fixed the problem.

Narrative Text At 1148 hours on Monday July 27, 2009 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Three units
were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1150
hours and cleared at 1318 hours. The incident occurred at 4202 S 115 St, Tukwila in
District 007. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is street. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was standby. Other special
haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Alarm number 0902683 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 dispatched to a natural gas leak. E53 in quarters. PSE workers on S 115 st outside Sta
53 accidently broke a 4" gas line. A PSE worker walked to Sta 53 to report the incident.
E53 called in the alarm. E53 on location found a 4" line blowing gas into the air. E53
blocked traffic and pulled a precautionary 13/4 preconnect. B51 arrived and established
command. E52 arrived and stoodby. PSE shut down the line and repaired the break. E53
E52 B51 returned.
