Narrative Text At 0929 hours on Tuesday November 3, 2009 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0935 hours and cleared at 0948 hours. The incident
occurred at 13435 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
E52 found that the handle to pump #11 was leaking diesel fuel when it was being used.
E52 found about 1qt. of fuel on ground. E52 spread amerizorb on the ground and bagged
the fuel handle 0/S. E52 called Pacific Pride and informed them of the spill and leak.
Alarm number 0904049 has been assigned to this incident.
