At 0929 hours on Friday November 20, 2009 we were dispatched to a chemical hazard (no
spill or leak). Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 0945 hours and cleared at 1005 hours. The incident occurred at 11136
49 Ave S, Tukwila in District 007. The local station is 53. The general description of this
property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary task(s) performed

at the scene by responding personnel was notification of other agencies. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0904254 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 was dispatched to a report of ten, one gallon containers, possibly containing gasoline,
abandoned on the shoulder of 49th Ave S.
E52 added B51 to the call. E52 and B51 proceeded to the scene.
Upon arrival E52 found eleven containers on the shoulder of t he road. All containers were
intact with lids secured. E52 was able to identify the material as used gasoline.
Upon B5 l's arrival, E52 reported their findings. B51 notified DOE of the incident. E52
secured and flagged the containers with scene tape.
E52 and B51 returned.
B51 confirmed (by phone) with DOE that they had responded, identified the material and
removed it from the scene and disposed of the containers and contents.
