Five units were assigned to this incident. Nine personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1212 hours and cleared at 1254 hours. The incident occurred at 116 Andover Park E, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0904410 has been assigned to this incident. E-51 was dispatched to a gas leak outside. FM52 was the first arriving unit and located the gas leak. E-51 arrived to fmd a gas leak in a valve box below grade. E-51 isolated the area and requested PSE to the scene. We remained on the scene until PSE arrived. PSE requested the appropriate resources to make repairs. E-51 went out of srevice mechanical at the scene. E-53 brought a reserve to the scene and E-51 went in service returning after swapping apparatus.
