At 1036 hours on Monday December 14, 2009 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two
units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1043 hours and cleared at 1053 hours. The incident occurred at 6200 Southcenter Blvd,
Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is
public or government. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

Alarm number 0904597 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 dispatched to a natural gas odor investigation outside. Upon our arrival we made
contact with the RP (PD). They stated that the odor was intermittent and they could not
smell it inside the building. B51 performed a 360, nothing new to report. The odor did not
smell like natural gas to E52 crew and B51. We used the 4 gas detector with no detectable
changes. We made contact with a building maintenance person (Roger) whom stated that
there was no gas to the building. We where unable to find the source and returned.
