Narrative Text At 1602 hours on Saturday March 6, 2010 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1611 hours and cleared at 1624 hours. The incident
occurred at 15100 51 Ave S, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is vacant lot. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1000746 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 was dispatched to what was thought to be a mobile meth lab dumped on the side of the

road. Upon arrival, a recon was performed and it was determined that the only thing
dumped was a large amount of broken glass. It looked as if someone that had either
bought or made "blown glass" disposed of it. There was nothing hazardous about it.
L54 returned in service.
