Narrative Text At 1536 hours on Sunday March 7, 2010 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units were
assigned to this incident. Fourteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1541

Narrative Text At 1536 hours on Sunday March 7, 2010 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units were
assigned to this incident. Fourteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1541

hours and cleared at 1557 hours. The incident occurred at 7300 FUN CENTER Way,
TUKWILA in District 0003. The local station is 52. The general description of this
property is amusement center. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. Automatic
aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 1000754 has been assigned to this incident.
Commercial response for incident # 10-00754 for an odor of Natural Gas inside the
structure. B-51 Was the first arriving unit and extablished Fun Center commaand.
E-52 arrived and was requested by command to report to the front of the structure to meet
with an off duty PD officer and enter the building and investigate. We were told to monitor
the air and evacuate all occupants if it was deamed necesary.
E-52 entered the structure and monitored the air. We found no reaqdings on the gas
detector, we had a slight odor of of Natural gas inside the seating area of the restuarant.
While we were in the structure the odor disapated and no readings were measured. We
advised the manager if it was noticed again to call back and we would come back out.
The odor was found to be in the area of 4 air vents and was not detectable with any
monitor. We released the facility back to the manager and returned inservice.
