REQ FD YEL E51<11:25:34>, PROCEEDING Narrative Name 1000933 Narrative Type Incident Narrative Date 12:22:09 Saturday, March 20, 2010 Author TF1160 - Waller, Jack Author Rank CAPT Author Assignment 1 Narrative Text At 1123 hours on Saturday March 20, 2010 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1128 hours and cleared at 1155 hours. The incident occurred at 17200 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 1000933 has been assigned to this incident. E-51 was requested for a flammable liquid spill by PD following a vehicle accident. E-51 arrived and proceeded to use AmeriZorb for containment of spilled anti -freeze and oil, secondary to a non -injury, two -vehicle MVA. We used eight bags of AmeriZorb on the spilled fluids. PD assigned no fault for the accident so we got both drivers information for Amerizorb billing. The billing info is attached..
