Narrative Text At 1401 hours on Thursday May 20, 2010 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1405 hours and cleared at 1412 hours. The incident
occurred at 15800 W Valley Hwy, TUKWILA in District 005. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E51 responded to a reported spill from an MVA. Spill was to include motor oil and
antifreeze. Upon arrival, E51 found 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of antifreeze/oil on the ground. No
injuries to driver/passengers. E51 personnel applied amerizorb. Amerizorb form filled
out. E51 returned.
