Narrative Text At 2216 hours on Tuesday September 21, 2010 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Nineteen units were assigned to this incident. Nine personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2222 hours and cleared at 0945 hours. The incident
occurred at 26000 I-5 Fwy S, Kent in District O/J. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was fill-in/standby. Other special haz mat actions
were also taken. Mutual aid was given on this incident.
Alarm number 1003404 has been assigned to this incident.
Multiple semi -truck accident. Zone three haz mat call out.
E-52 picked up HazMat 51 and responded to the staging area at Kent DesMoines road and
Pacific Hy S. HazMat 51 remained in staging until released.
Air 53 was dispatched but never responded.
A-54 brought Light Tower 51 to staging. A-54 returned to quarters.
FF S Rydeen brought Light Tower 51 to the incident location and set it up.
Training 51 responded to the incident and performed assigned tasks. Training 51 to return
Light Tower 51 to station 51 upon completion of need.
