At 2038 hours on Saturday November 6, 2010 we were dispatched to a carbon monoxide
detector activation. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 2048 hours and cleared at 2103 hours. The incident occurred at 5104 S
163 P1, TUKWILA in District 004. The local station is 52. The general description of this
property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1004024 has been assigned to this incident.
E-52 called for a CO alarm. E-52 arrived and found a faulty detector but the owner had
another detector near by so E-52 advised the owner to use the good detector and either
repair or throw out the detector that malfunctioned.
E-52 returned in service.
