Narrative Text At 1807 hours on Thursday November 18, 2010 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1817 hours and cleared at 1857 hours. The incident
occurred at 6500 Southcenter Blvd, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The
general description of this property is street. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 1004166 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 dispatched to 6500 Southcenter Blvd for a reported fuel spill. E52 proceeded from the
5200 block of Interurban Ave S. Dispatched updated E52 that the reported party was
Tukwila Police. The first due station is Station 52.
E52 arrived to find a three vehicle accident with Tukwila PD on location.
E52 investigated and found no injures associated with the vehicle accident. E52 discovered
a large area of spilled antifreeze and motor oil, estimated size of 10 ft. X 15 ft.
E52 contacted Tukwila PD and all three vehicle owner's were City of Tukwila residents.

E52 placed five bags of absorbent to control the spill. E52 did not complete the Amerizorb
paperwork because all vehicle owner's were City of Tukwila residents.
E52 returned in-service.
