At 1421 hours on Monday November 29, 2010 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel

responded. We arrived on scene at 1432 hours and cleared at 1458 hours. The incident
occurred at 535 SOUTHCENTER Mall, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51.
The general description of this property is department or discount store. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E52 was dispatched to employee complaining of a bad odor. E52 found bad food in
refridge in break room. returned in service.
