Narrative Text At 1628 hours on Saturday January 1, 2011 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1632 hours and cleared at 1646 hours. The incident occurred at
300 Andover Park W, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or

Alarm number 1100010 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to a vehicle leaking fuel in the parking lot. E51 arrived to fmd a Ford
Econoline van, WA PL B51775G, leaking fuel from the tank at the connection to the
"filler neck". The vehicle was parked on a slight incline with the leak on the downhill side.
Spread about two shovel fulls of amerizorb on the approximately 3 foot in daimeter spill.
This was not form a vehicle accident , therefore no insurance info was gathered. We made
contact with the owner, pointed out the problem, and suggested he get the filler hose
repaired. He turned the vehicle around to put the fuel tank on the uphill side to stop the
leak. E51 returned in service.
