At 0722 hours on Monday February 14, 2011 we were dispatched to a chemical hazard (no
spill or leak). One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 0733 hours and cleared at 0752 hours. The incident occurred at 15665
NELSON P1 S, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description of
this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1100515 has been assigned to this incident.
Dispatched to report from a business that chemical had been dumped in their parking lot.
Upon arrival we were met by Mr Gary Reineccius with Act 3 Catering. The product was
dumped in front of the business in the parking area. These are photo finishing chemicals.
Approx nine gallons worth in six one gallon jugs with various quart and pints. Most of the
containers appear to be new product with only four or five appearing to have used or waste
product in them. Also some other assorted regular garbage in the pile.
Nothing that appears to be highly hazardous in any form. Gary is going to take the liquid
products to the south Seattle transfer station which also has a hazardous waste disposal
area. The remaining items are OK to be placed in the regular garbage.

Gary did some research on his I phone and found nothing current for these name or
addresses.
None of the products are leaking. Most of the product appears to be new and unused.
Gary will take the items off for drop off this morning.
