Narrative Text At 0921 hours on Saturday April 9, 2011 we were dispatched to a carbon monoxide
detector activation. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 0926 hours and cleared at 0933 hours. The incident occurred at 400
Andover Park W, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description
of this property is hotel/motel, commercial. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.

Narratives
E51 responded to a CO alarm at this address. I made contact with the maintence person
and he stated the alrm might have gone off do to someone unplugging detector. The
detector was plugged in the lobby upon our arrival. We monitored the area and found zero
readings. E51 returned in service.
