Narrative Text At 1855 hours on Friday May 6, 2011 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units were
assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1901 hours
and cleared at 1945 hours. The incident occurred at 8000 I-405 Fwy N, Renton in District
O/J. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is highway or divided
highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.

Alarm number 1101515 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to propane leaking from a tank in the back of a pickup truck that stopped
on the freeway. E51 investigated, pulled a line, donned SCBA, then monitored the
atmosphere in the pickup truck cab, then forced entry into the locked pickup camper bed.
E51 then monitored the atmosphere in the bed until it was safe to remove the tank and
close the valve. B51 stood by.
E51 returned the tank to the control of the driver, and returned in service.
