Narrative Text At 0436 hours on Tuesday May 10, 2011 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units were
assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0442 hours
and cleared at 0458 hours. The incident occurred at 14260 DES MOINES MEM Dr S,
SeaTac in District O/J. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
service station, gas station. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid
was given on this incident.
L54 was dispatched with SeaTac fire fore a natural gas leak.
L54 was code greened prior to arrival.
L54 went in service and returned to quarters.
Alarm number 1101549 has been assigned to this incident.
