Narrative Text At 0618 hours on Monday May 23, 2011 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0625 hours and cleared at 0638 hours. The incident occurred at
4628 S 144 St, Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of
this property is high school/junior high school/middle school. No mutual/automatic aid
was given or received.
L54 was dispatched to a service van and 4628S 144th. St. leaking gas.
On arrival, L54 found a service van for the Tukwila School district with the fill line
punctured with a siphon tube running from it. The gas had stopped leaking.
L54 plug and dike the puncture hole and put down absorbent for spill control.
L54 went inservice and returned to quarters.
Alarm number 1101696 has been assigned to this incident.
