Narrative Text At 2239 hours on Sunday January 22, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units
were assigned to this incident. Five personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 2244
hours and cleared at 2312 hours. The incident occurred at 14418 31 Ave S, SeaTac in
District O/J. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
standby. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was given on this
incident.

31st Ave S.
On arrival, L54 was instructed to standby as E47 investigated.
L54 was then release to return to quarters in service.
