At 1139 hours on Thursday March 15, 2012 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1144 hours and cleared at 1149 hours. The incident
occurred at 14200 Tukwila Intl Blvd, Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special
haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1200885 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 and E53 were dispatched to a report of an odor of natural gas in the area of 14200
TIB. Upon arrival in the area, L54 could not find any odor. I directed E53 to stand by at
14100 TIB.
L54 checked the area and contacted two businesses in the area. None reported any odors of
natural gas. I code greened E53. L54 continued to check the area and found it clear.
L54 returned.
