Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0538 hours and cleared at 0547 hours. The incident occurred at 14040 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 002. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is casino, gambling clubs. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 1200987 has been assigned to this incident. E53& L54 dispatched to a natural gas leak outside of a business. B51 added himself. E53 arrived at a large, commercial occupancy, NVI, and were met by an employee in the parking lot on the MB corner. He stated there was an odor of gas and a hissing sound at the service to the building that was louder than normal. We proceeded to the main gas service for the occupancy on the AB corner and detected a faint odor of nat gas. Using a pressurized water extinguisher to "suds up" the fittings, we located a small leak on the first flange out of the ground. We told the manager to coatact gas company and keep all sources of ignition out of the area until their arrival.
