Narrative Text At 1054 hours on Saturday March 31, 2012 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1102 hours and cleared at 1151 hours. The incident
occurred at 5400 I-5 Fwy S, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
Alarm number 1201108 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 dispatched to 5400 I-5 Fwy S for a reported diesel spill. E52 responded from Station
51. The first due station is Station 52.
E52 arrived on location to find E51 and B51. E52 was directed by B51 to block the
outside of the on ramp and place cones to adjust traffic from hazard.
E52 placed absorbent pads over and around a drain to capture diesel.

B51 requested Washington State Patrol and D.O.T. to the location. B51 and E51 cleared
the scene. E52 waited for Washington State Patrol to arrive and released scene to them.
