At 0900 hours on Friday April 6, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units were
assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0909 hours and
cleared at 0932 hours. The incident occurred at 16615 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in
District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is restaurant
or cafeteria. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1201178 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 and E52 were dispatched to a NGASXT from the roof of a Sizzler restaurant. E51
arrived to fmd workers who had been repairing the roof, who said that they smelled natural
gas. E51 investigated, detecting a very minor gas leak on the roof. E51 called for PSE to
repair the leak, and code -greened E52. E51 stood by until PSE's arrival.
E51 tied in with PSE, then returned in service.
