At 1911 hours on Friday May 18, 2012 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition. Two
units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1915 hours and cleared at 1924 hours. The incident occurred at On Interurban Ave S at I,
TUKWILA in District 007. The local station is 53. The general description of this property

is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1201758 has been assigned to this incident.
E-53 and B-51 responded for a hazardous materials investigation. E-53 arrived and met
with the reporting party who said he had driven by the container for the last three days and
that there was an amonia smell coming from it. The container was labled cat litter. E-53
opened the container and checked with our air sampler to find that it was not emitting
anything abnormal. The odor smelled llike cat litter and urine. E-53 packed the container
with amerizorb and will call public works to pick it up in the morning.
