Narrative Text At 0007 hours on Wednesday June 27, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Two units
were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0013
hours and cleared at 0021 hours. The incident occurred at 14109 43 Ave S, Tukwila in
District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
Alarm number 1202294 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 and E52 were dispatched to the above address. L54 was first to arrive in the area and
no natural gas was smelled. I made contact with the RP at 14109 43 Ave S who stated she
smelled gas about 20 mins ago but does not smell it now. She believes it may be coming
from the neighbors directly next door to the south. I mad contact with those neighbors and
they reported no problems with their gas. I also checked there gas meter and none of the
gauges were moving.
L54 concluded that there was no leak thus no problem. L54 and E52 returned in service.
