Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1240 hours and cleared at 1340 hours. The incident occurred at 4431 S 144 St, TUKWILA in District 011. The local station is 54. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 1202678 has been assigned to this incident. E-54 & 52 were dispatched to a natural gas leak at the above address. Upon arrival we found a 3/4 inch Natural gas line cut by a pick or shovel. The line was flowing under pressure. E-54 established command, layed an exposure line and a back up line off of E-54. PSE was called we flowed water to disapate the gas. We attempted to clamp off the gas line twice. PSE showed up on scene to turn off the gas. We monitored the air and checked the house next to the leak. We returned out of service.
