Incident Report 2012-1202849 -000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives The odor was said to cause an irritation in the throat and nose. E51 arrived and met with security to begin the investigation. E51 found an odor of mace/pepper spray in the area. E51 instructed security to check the planter boxes and trash cans for an personal size pepper spray container. E51 investigated all 3 floors of the atrium with nothing found. E51 advised mall security to contact their engineering staff and have the HVAC system turn on high to help mitigate the odor.
