Narrative Text At 1958 hours on Monday August 27, 2012 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2011 hours and cleared at 2018 hours. The incident
occurred at 4300 S 133 St, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
E53 was call to investigate a container that was next to the creek on 133 st. E53 found 2
containers that had mud in them along with grey or black from a RV. Nothing from the
containers made it into the creek. E53 up righted the containers and notified B51 for the
street department to move them. E53 went in service.
