Narrative Text At 1006 hours on Sunday September 9, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units
were assigned to this incident. Fifteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1011
hours and cleared at 1030 hours. The incident occurred at 17250 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila

Narrative Text At 1006 hours on Sunday September 9, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units
were assigned to this incident. Fifteen personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1011
hours and cleared at 1030 hours. The incident occurred at 17250 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila

Narratives
in District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is textile,
wearing apparel sales. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel
was investigation. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. Mutual aid was received
on this incident.
Alarm number 1203343 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 to respond to a Natural Gas Leak in Payless shoes.
On arrival to find a large single story strip mall with nothing showing and it is not
evacuated. E51 was met by Ms Bobgan who said she opened her store and smelled the
natural gas. She said this happened about a year ago and the cause at that time was a pilot
light issue next door at What The Pho.
E51 established Wigg Command. E51 made entry into suite 128 with a multi gas detector.
We found no odor and had no reading on the detector. Wigg Command requested E52 to
make entry into What the Pho (suite 132) with their gas detector.
E52 made entry and had no readings on their detector. There are two employees cooking
and they said they did not smell anything.
B51 assumed Wigg Command.
A13, E53, and L54 are code green.
E51 and E52 ventilated What the Pho to evacuate any remaining odor of gas.
E51 disbanded command and is returning in service.
