Narrative Text At 0139 hours on Sunday October 21, 2012 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0148 hours and cleared at 0159 hours. The incident
occurred at 11704 40 Ave S, Tukwila in District 007. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
E53 was dispatched to an odor investigation in the area. Unable to find a problem and RP
didn't want contact so we returned in service
