One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1116 hours and cleared at 1258 hours. The incident occurred at 345 Andover Park E, Tukwila in District 1016. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 1204157 has been assigned to this incident. E51 on -viewed an overturned semi and intermodal trailer at the 3400 block of Andover Park E. The driver had self -extricated and denied any need for medical attention citing no injuries. The driver related the intermodal trailer tipped over, taking the semi with it as he was driving northbound through the curves. Driver also related he had no idea what he was carrying or how much weight he was transporting. Driver did not have a bill of lading. Under the engine compartment was an active leak of motor oil approximately 10' from a storm drain. FF's Hansen and Smith applied a few bags of Amerizorb to stop the flow of motor oil from entering the storm drain. E51 stoodbye while Pete's Towing righted the vehicle. After tow trucks righted the vehicle, more Amerizorb was applied to mitigate the hazard. There was an approximate total of 4 gallons of motor oil on the ground and a total of 4 bags of Amerizorb were used. E51 collected the oil -saturated Amerizorb into bags which a Pete's Towing employee took with them. E51 returned, in service.
