Narrative Text At 1820 hours on Friday November 30, 2012 we were dispatched to a gas leak. One unit
was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1825
hours and cleared at 1901 hours. The incident occurred at 14604 Tukwila Intl Blvd,
Tukwila in District 011. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
food and beverage sales, grocery store. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
L54 was dispatched to a gas spill at 14604 Tukwila International Blvd.
On arrival, L54 did not find a gas spill but a natural gas leak. In addition, L54 had an AFA
also sounding at the building.
L54 investigated and found the meter at the base/ground had been cracked and was leaking
outside.

L54 had PSE contacted and respond to this location.
L54 checked the inside of the structure and found no gas inside.
L54 also found that the Fire alarm system had been activated by water leaking in from the
roof. L54 silenced the alarm but the zone system would not reset.
L54 never receive a AFA from this address.
L54 issued a Fire Watch till the system could be repaired.
PSE arrived on location and L54 went in service and returned to quarters.
Alarm number 1204427 has been assigned to this incident.
