Narrative Text At 0755 hours on Sunday February 24, 2013 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Six units
were assigned to this incident. Ten personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0758
hours and cleared at 0905 hours. The incident occurred at 101 Andover Park E, Tukwila in
District 004. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is
recreational, hobby, home repair sales, pet store. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this
incident.
Alarm number 1300708 has been assigned to this incident.
TFD and Renton Fire units were dispatched to a natural gas leak in Lowe's after an
employee hit a gas heater line with his forklift. B51 arrived first, and established
Command. E51 arrived second, and went to Side B to turn off the gas meter. E52 and
E 13 investigated and L54 did ventilation operations. E52 got no hazardous reading on the
air monitor, and determined that the warehouse was safe.
B51 terminated Command and returned units to service, leaving L54 and E52 to complete
ventilation and then return to service
