Narrative Text At 1939 hours on Friday March 1, 2013 we were dispatched to an oil or other combustible
liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived
on scene at 1944 hours and cleared at 1953 hours. The incident occurred at 14800 Tukwila
Intl Blvd, Tukwila in District 013. The local station is 54. The general description of this
property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1300787 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 used 3 bags of Amerizorb on motor oil on the roadway. The responsible party did not
have insurance, so the billing process was not intitiated.
