Narrative Text At 2059 hours on Monday March 4, 2013 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units
were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 2105
hours and cleared at 2124 hours. The incident occurred at 3702 S 189 Pl, SeaTac in
District O/J. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was given
on this incident.
Alarm number 1300818 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 was dispatched and responding to the above address for a Natural Gas leak inside of a
house.
B45 arrived on scene first and code greened L54 and E47.
L54 returned in service.
