Narrative Text At 1144 hours on Wednesday June 5, 2013 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1147 hours and cleared at 1216 hours. The incident
occurred at 200 Andover Park E, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E51 was call to a spill of hydraulic oil that spilt on the roadway. Waste Management

Narrative Text At 1144 hours on Wednesday June 5, 2013 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel

manager was on location with 2 spill control units, when E51 arrived. The spill control
units were putting ultra absorb on the ground. Manager said that the truck spilt about 15
gallons. E51 was also told that Aqua Clean had been called to clean up the spill. E51
turned the scene over to TPD, who was on location for traffic control.
Alarm number 1301988 has been assigned to this incident.
