Narrative Text At 2105 hours on Friday July 12, 2013 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Four units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2111 hours and cleared at 2121 hours. The incident
occurred at 275 Andover Park W, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were
also taken. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
E51 found that the smell was coming from a vent at the sewer lift station site near 275
Andover Park W. in the parking lot. No danger found. E51 returned in service.
